- United Nations Parliamentary Assembly, a proposed elected parliament for the UN.
- United Nations Postal Administration, the postal system of the UN.
- The United Nations Protected Area in Cyprus, containing the disused Nicosia International Airport and the Headquarters of UNFICYP.
- The three United Nations Protected Areas (Eastern Slavonia, Western Slavonia and Krajina) in the former Yugoslav Republic of Croatia, which were supposed safe havens under the protection of UNPROFOR.
