Unlikely Alloys is the final episode of the animated television series SWAT Kats: The Radical Squadron. Written by Jim Stenstrum. Directed by Robert Alvarez. Produced by Davis Doi. Overseas animation by Han Ho Heung Up.

Mac and Molly Mange try to rob the MegaKat City Mint, when hey are stopped by Commander Feral and by the SWAT Kats. During the fight, Mac loses an arm and Molly gets severely injured. They get away, and get back to their hideout, where Mac sees on TV the new invention of Dr. Greenbox, that will allow them to repair themselves. Meanwhile the SWAT Kats damage their radar jammer, and decide to ask help to Dr. Greenbox, so he can fix it. But the Metallikats get there faster and use the invention to rebuilt themselves. Unfortunately, Greenbox's invention goes nuts, and decides to absorb everything that is metallic, creating a body of his own, and starts to call himslef Zed. The SWAT Kats try to destroy him, but without any success, and Zed tries to absorb the Turbokat. Later, Mac is absorbed and Molly teams up with the SWAT Kats and with Dr. Greenbox, in an attempt to destroy Zed from the inside. After an enourmous battle, the SWAT Kats stop Dr. Greenbox, who became temporarily insane, and destroy Zed, moments before he has the opportunity to erradicate MegaKat City from the face of the planet.

- This was the last episode of the second season of the show, and since the show was cancelled before the completetion of the third season, this was also the last episode of the series.
