One Piece: Unlimited Adventure is an upcoming video game for the Wii based on the series of the same name.

[edit] Storyline
Unknown at the time, it may take place after Enies lobby arc, it has a story section on the official website, but it is in Japanese, so until anyone translates it, the story remains unknown, although a recent trailer hints that the game may involve time travelling. This is the first One Piece game where the characters aren't in Chibi form, exept for the One Piece game Ocean's Dream,and Fighting for One Piece. In a few scans it showed what appears to be a giant stone with Poneglyph writings on it (In one scan it is noted) this giant stone may be key to the storyline, and the Orb of Time.
[edit] Gameplay
Using the Wii remote you can use the crew's weapons or items (and possibly in-between) players can use the characters special offenses or possibly even defenses. The items simply work like the Legend of Zelda inventory, and characters may have special abilities or exclusive items (like in Sonic Adventure). Some of the attacks from the One Piece fighting games will return.

- N = Orb of time: Allows player to actually age something. For example: Luffy can use it to age a tree a million years ahead of its time. It may also be able to age metal (in theory.)
- W = Butterfly net: Allows players to obtain health by catching a butterfly.
- W = Pick axe: Allows players to dig through stone.
- ? = Impact dial: a basic counterattack.
- ? = Bomb: Allows player to damage opponent or break through walls.
- W = Fishing rod: Allows players to fish.

- In true One Piece tradition, the Straw-Hats change their outfits.
- To promote the release of the game in Japan, people who preordered the game were given a remote holder in the shape of Going Merry's head.
- According to a small scan of the character roster, there's presumably going to be 45 characters in the game.
