University of Chichester Students' Union

The University of Chichester Students' Union (UCSU) is an NUS-affiliated students' union, representing students at the University of Chichester, West Sussex, England.
UCSU is a purely democratic union with officers being elected by the student population. Two full-time Sabbatical officers, the President and Vice President oversee the running of the Union on a day to day basis, assisted by staff employed by UCSU, as well as 11 part-time officers. These are: Sports Federation President, Equal Opportunities Officer, Students With Disabilitis (SWD) Officer, Inter-Campus Liaison Officer, Mature Students Officer, PostGraduate Students Officer, RAG (Raise and Give) Officer, Communications Officer, Campaigns Officer, International Students Officer and Part-Time Students Officer.
UCSU provides support, training and development, clubs and societies, and commercial services.

Zeebar is the Students' Union bar on the Chichester campus. The bar opened in 2004, replacing the 'Bishops Bar', and includes not only a bar, but also offices for the Staff and Sabbaticals.

'The Mack'[1] is the Union bar on the Bognor Regis Campus. It is to be re-developed in the summer of 2007 and be opened in time for the new academic year.
[edit] Sports Federation
The University has a strong base of clubs that allow students the springboard to compete both locally and nationally against the best sporting universities in the country. Many of the teams compete in BUSA (British Universities Sports Association) and in several other student based competitions.
