University of Balkh

The University of Balkh is located in the Mazari Sharif, capital of Balkh province, Afghanistan. Established in 1986, the university currently has about 4000 students and is the second largest in Afghanistan after Kabul University. Faculties include medicine, engineering, economics, journalism, literature, law and science.[1] [2]
