University College of Jönköping

Jönköping University or Högskolan i Jönköping is a university college located in Jönköping, Sweden. In 1994 ownership of the institution was transferred from the Swedish government to an independent foundation. The institution is today one of three non-government owned learning institutions. It has the authority to issue doctoral degrees within the social sciences.

Jönköping University has the highest quota of international students (exchange students) with approximately 700 students each semester. This makes the institution the most "internationalised" in Sweden today.

  • Jönköping School of Education and Communication
  • Jönköping School of Engineering
  • Jönköping School of Health Sciences
