University Center Rochester

University Center Rochester (UCR) is a higher education facility in Rochester, Minnesota. It combines the services of three organizations:
- Rochester Community & Technical College (RCTC), the oldest Community College in Minnesota, established in 1915.
- University of Minnesota Rochester, part of the University of Minnesota system
- WSU Rochester Center, part of Winona State University, which is an element of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities system.
