The University hospital of North Norway (abbrev. UNN) located in Tromsø, Norway, is a part of the Northern Norway Regional Health Authority.
UNN is the regional hospital of the northern health region ("Helse Nord HF"), which includes the counties of Nordland, Troms and Finnmark, with a population of 465 000. The hospital also provides local hospital services to the 130 000 inhabitants of the Tromsø area.
