Universal Peace Protocol

The Universal Peace Protocol (UPP) an initiative of the International Peace Institute, it is defined a standard for integrating and sharing strategies and solutions from multiple sources within the Peace Conservation System (PCS).

The UPP states that
- The human mind plays the unanimous role of making decisions
- The human mind relies on strategies and solutions while making its decisions.
- strategies and solutions operate through specific media to become available to the human mind.
- the human mind relies only on strategies and solutions approved by it.
- the human mind may adopt or discard any strategy or solution

The UPP idea is to be definitive and applicable for the human mind so that it can operate rationally and effectively within the Peace Conservation System
