United Kingdom Detention Services

United Kingdom Detention Services, a subsidiary of Sodexho, is a company that provides custodial, immigration and post-release facilities for the United Kingdom Home Office. The name of UKDS will soon be changing to that of KALYX. This is because the name no longer repesents the range of business interests of the company. UKDS already has contracts outside the broad field of detention and is optimistic of working outside the UK.
