Union High School is a very small high school located in Modoc, Indiana. It was founded in 1952 after the closing of three small high schools: Modoc High, Losantville High, and Huntsville High. Later Blountsville students would join the high school. For the first five years students went to the old Modoc High School building while the new high school was being built.

It is one of the smallest schools in the state of Indiana. In 2004 the Indiana Department of Education awarded the high school with the 4-Star School Award.

NCAA basketball player Amy Lindsay-Fuller played at Union. In 2004 she became head coach of the girls basketball team. She was killed on November 28 of that year.
