The plot is about a young detective who goes undercover at an elite private school to destroy an international stolen car ring. Tracy Stokes is a 23-year old undercover cop and goes to Westberry High to figure out the death of a student. He befriends Rob Donovan and soon figures out that he has been stealing the cars at parties. Near the end, Tracy finds out that Rob and his crew had been involved in the death of Warren Williams. He also finds out that the principal had been behind everything. He dies at the end when his boat crashes into a wall and Tracy makes a quick escape.
