UnderWater World, Queensland

UnderWater World at Mooloolaba, Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia is a marine park and wildlife sanctuary.

There are various aquarium sections at UnderWater World, featured on the habitat requirements of the fish, including temperature requirements. A moving walkway in a shark tunnel under the aquarium takes the visitor past a number of viewing windows, with fish swimming at the sides of the walkway, and immediately overhead.

UnderWater World presents seal shows and wildlife information talks, and there are hands-on marine displays. UnderWater World is also home to Otters and Fresh water Crocodiles.

UnderWater World is also a rehabilitation centre for Turtles, Dugongs, Dolphins and seals.

The Chinese movie star, Jacky Chan had a movie which had footage shot in UnderWater World. It also had some footage shot in Brisbane's Chinatown at Fortitude Valley. The movie was called Police Mission.
