The Under-19 Cricket World Cup 2004 was held between 15 February and 5 March 2004 in Bangladesh. The final was played in Dhaka between Pakistan and the West Indies, which Pakistan won by 25 runs.

Traditional dances, colourful calisthenics and spectacular fireworks lit up the opening ceremony of the under-19 cricket World Cup at Dhaka. Sixteen countries, including the 10 Test-playing nations and six associate members of the International Cricket Council are participating in the tournament.
