[edit] Plot
The movie is set in a world where society is used to live with a constant zombie threat. That means that everyone who dies will automatically become a zombie. Grandpa, grandma, mother, father, sister, brother...everyone. So there are retirement homes where the nurses are armed with shotguns. There are special areas made for the undead called Zom-Biotops, originally created to explore zombie behavior for scientific reasons and of course the media is constantly reporting about the zombie phenomenon and also changed their program. There is a basketball association called ZOM-B-A or there are shows to teach kids how to handle a situation when a zombie is attacking them or propaganda movies made by the government. The main part of the film deals with a bunch of independent zombie hunters called T.A.N.K. (TEAM AGAINST NECROMANTIC KRISIS) who have to hunt and kill a certain amount of zombies within 24 hours. If they can´t achieve that goal they wont be promoted to civil servants and will be automatically unemployed because the government who is using the zombie threat for its own repressive agenda wants to take control over all independent zombie hunter teams and wants to build up a own totally government controlled unit. But the zombie threat does not really exist anymore because everyone who dies gets automatically his head chopped. A service provided by undertakers by the way. And so the TANK-Team decides to enter the so called Zom-Biotope. A wasted and left area created to watch and study zombie behavior years ago. There they are trying to get enough kills...but through their own foolish behavior they are just getting deeper into the trouble...

[edit] Other production notes
- The whole movie was financed by its director Markus Haage who had to sell a huge part of his film collection to get the money.
- The characters of AK-47 and Heiko had to be replaced with new actors for two times.
- The film took almost three years to finish. The first draft was written in May 2004.
- The only reason why the budget is only about 8,000 Euro is that almost every prop is homemade by the director and that the money was only invested in things that were really necessary.
