Uncle was a spazzcore band formed in Vänersborg, Sweden in early 1996. They played their own style of Dischord influenced post-punk influenced by bands such as Frodus, Metroshifter, Maximillian Colby and avant jazz music from the 1960s. The members went later on to form the Swedish rock-band Division Of Laura Lee.
