Uncanny may refer to:
- Uncanny, a novel by Paul Jennings.
- " The Canny and the uncanny," related to one of Freud's psychological theories (see The Uncanny (Freud)).
- "The uncanny," a mode of fantastic fiction as defined in Tzvetan Todorov's The Fantastic: A Structural Approach to a Literary Genre.
- Colloquially, Uncanny X-Men. When comic book readers discuss the book, they usually only use the "Uncanny" portion to differentiate it from the other X-Men books, such as Astonishing X-Men or X-Men, vol. 2 ("Adjectiveless X-Men").
