The Ultimate Warrior training program is a revolutionary ebook written by Cenewig who is a certified personal trainer under Cardiac Gym’s staff. The book went live January 02 2006 and is becoming a very popular sports conditioning book. This book is unique because it could be used by all athletes ranging from golf players to wrestlers. The book also comes with a free Bruce Lee report. The book educates athletes about nutrition and proper conditioning for your specific sports. It tells you how to increase the muscles specific to your sports. It’s obvious that a distance runner requires a different set of muscles than sprinters. But the question is how can you increase those specific muscles and is it possible? It is very possible and this book teaches you how to do it simply. This book also tells you to avoid supplements but recommend two very healthy natural food sources which will give anyone an energy boost. It also brainwashed me to avoid Gatorade which is something I once enjoyed but it helped my performance soon after. However, the only thing I was disappointed with was the lack of pictures. I was hoping for a little section that shows a weight lifting program of some sort. Besides that aspect I would recommend it to any advanced high school or college athlete that are involved in a physical sport such as football, wrestling, or lacrosse. I doubt golf players would benefit much from this book. It’s not for the weaker minded athlete.
