Ultimate Weapon is the twenty-first episode of the American animated television series Ben 10, which first aired on July 6, 2006.

When the Mask of Ah Puch is unearthed, Max, Gwen, and Ben must retrieve it and not allow The Organization (now the Forever Knights) and Enoch (the leader) to get their hands on the map that will lead them to the most destructive weapon ever made.
The episode starts showing some oil riggers drilling for oil. One of them comments that something's wrong, and then a giant crack comes from the drill. It gets bigger, and the riggers run away from it. When it stops, a big hole was created. The riggers come back and look down, just in time to see a giant flame come out of it. The flame dies away and releases The Mask Of Ah Puch, and the mask lands on the ground.

- Grey Matter's transformation sequence is shown for the first time.
- Enoch and The Organization (from "A Small Problem") return, now calling themselves "The Forever Knights".
