Ulf Linde

Professor Ulf Harald Linde (born April 15, 1929 in Stockholm), is an art critic, writer, museum director and a member of the Swedish Academy. He was elected to the Swedish Academy on February 10, 1977 and admitted on December 20, 1977. Ulf Linde succeeded the writer Eyvind Johnson to Seat No.11. In 1977 - 1997, Linde was the director of the Thielska Gallery in Stockholm.
