Considering that snooker isn't the only sport with a UK championship, wouldn't this page be better named "UK Championship (snooker)". For now, "UK Championship" can be redirected to the snooker tournament, and if more sports add pages about a UK championship, the "UK Championship" link can be made into a disambiguation page. I wondered about that. I decided that, since there wasn't already a "UK Championship" in Wikipedia, I might as well use it without the "(snooker)" prefix. However, if you want to change it, please go ahead. --Auximines 14:42, 18 May 2004 (UTC)

Done. Individual snooker player pages already had links to 'UK Championship (snooker)', and other snooker tournament link to 'Tournament name (snooker)' as well. Abigail 16:00, May 18, 2004 (UTC)
