Uelsen

Uelsen is a municipality in the district Bentheim, in Lower Saxony, Germany. It is situated near the border with the Netherlands, approx. 30 km north of Enschede, and 15 km northwest of Nordhorn.
Uelsen is also the seat of the Samtgemeinde ("collective municipality") Uelsen, which consists of the following municipalities:
- Getelo
- Gölenkamp
- Halle
- Itterbeck
- Uelsen
- Wielen
- Wilsum
