How can we see/pick from the Userboxes designated as belonging to User:UBX ? --Lexein 21:57, 13 February 2007 (UTC)

The userboxes are all in directories hosted in other user's userspaces, and a list of userboxes belonging to User:UBX can be found at Special:Prefixindex/User:UBX/. —METS501 (talk) 22:15, 13 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] I Want My Userboxes Back!

This is in no way meant to sound rude, but would I be able to migrate the userboxes I created back to a location under my Userpage? I've set one up, but hadn't got around to moving them all over there yet. --Major Despard 00:38, 24 February 2007 (UTC)

Rfrisbie is taking a wikibreak, and wants to clear his userspace of userboxes, and he asked that I use MetsBot to migrate the boxes. His userboxes are the only ones I'm going to migrate. —METS501 (talk) 15:18, 24 February 2007 (UTC)

When the user stuff all started, a lot of bots went around subst'ing the boxes. Do you have plans on having your bot go around and (a) unsubst them or (b) notify users that a "global" version is now available? — RevRagnarok ^{Talk Contrib} 12:52, 14 March 2007 (UTC)

For the {{User UBM UBX to|1}} couldn't we just change it to, instead of having the user retype the non-template:user template name just user {{BASEPAGENAME}} or {{PAGENAME}}. -PatPeter 17:38, 23 March 2007 (UTC)

Have a look at this edit[2]. 2 problems; "User:UBX" implys that it is more official (why can't you host them on your own account?) and the UBXs were already hosted on a willing user page. There's no reason to move them, and especially not to a specific account for userbox hosting. Scepia 03:56, 25 March 2007 (UTC)
