Ubaldo Jiménez (born 22nd January 1984, in Nagua, Dominican Republic) is a right-handed starting pitcher for the Colorado Springs Sky Sox, who plays in the minor league system of the Rockies franchise. Rockies Scout Rolando Fernández signed Jiménez on April 25, 2001, as a non-drafted free agent.
