"U Know What's Up" is a hit song by singer-songwriter-producer Donell Jones. In November 1999 (see 1999 in music) it reached number one on the U.S. Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Singles & Tracks chart and stayed at number one for eight consecutive weeks, and it reached number seven on Billboard's Hot 100 for two consecutive weeks. The song featured the late rapper Lisa Lopes of TLC, and the video featured Lisa Lopes, YoungBloodZ, T.I., Usher and Big Boi of OutKast. The song was produced by "The Untouchables".
