U.S. Route 6 in the U.S. state of Colorado is multiplexed with many different highways throughout Colorado; much of which is unsigned. Route 6 runs from Utah in the west to Nebraska in the east. It enters multiplexed with Interstate 70, and continues multiplexed for most of the way until Denver. East of Denver, it is generally multiplexed with Interstate 76 until eventually it breaks off and enters Nebraska.
