Unione Sportiva Castelnuovo Garfagnana is an Italian football club, based in Castelnuovo di Garfagnana, Tuscany. The club was founded in 1922. Castelnuovo currently plays in Serie C2/B. The team's colors are dark blue and yellow.

Castelnuovo is playing Serie C2 since 1999/2000, after having won its Serie D round in 1998/1999. In 1999/2000, Castelnuovo gained a surprising third place, and subsequently played promotion playoffs, losing 2-1 (on aggregate) the semifinal round to Prato. In 2002/2003, with a fourth place in the final table, Castelnuovo qualified again to promotion playoffs, but did not manage to qualify the playoff finals, losing 5-2 on aggregate to Gubbio. They have recently been linked with a takeover bid from Southampton based businessman Nick Bacon
