Uštipci

Uštipci are Croatian desserts similar to krafne and croissants, but with more of a soft, bread-like feel to them. They are easier to make than krafne, and they do not necessarily have to be sweet. They can be made plain or have other ingredients in them which most commonly are apple, pumpkin, and even meat and cheese, with paški sir (from Pag being the most popular.
