Tzi Ma

Tzi Ma (born in Hong Kong) is a Chinese-American actor who has made numerous appearances in American films and TV series.

His film career includes major roles in the films Rush Hour, The Quiet American, and the remake of The Ladykillers. According to Jackie Chan, Tzi Ma reprises his role as Ambassador Han in Rush Hour 3, due out in the summer of 2007.

He is likely best known for his role as Cheng Zhi, the head of security for the Chinese Consulate (Los Angeles), on the series 24. He appeared in several episodes of season 4 and made an uncredited surprise return at the end of the final episode of season 5. He reprised his role once more in the first episode of season 6.

His other TV credits include guest appearances on Walker, Texas Ranger, Law & Order, ER, Boomtown, Commander in Chief, The West Wing, Chicago Hope, Star Trek: The Next Generation, L.A. Law, NYPD Blue and The Cosby Show.
