[edit] HELLO!
I have a site at akidnews.com. It has a bunch of newspapers and junk I made. Some of it is inaccurate, though, so BEWARE! The reason it is, is becuase I kind of had to throw them together quickly, because I don't have infinite time to do it. If you find anything wrong with it, just put it in my talk page. I try to cite anything copyrighted. That's what I've been told to do. I don't make any money with it, it's just an experiment I started in 2003. Hopefully I can make it better. Oh, yeah, below is my website stuff. I was going to change some of it, but then it was put up for deletion.

[edit] History
The Tyler News is a website created in Febuary, 2003. It is located at Akidnews.com. It was started to host a newspaper made by Tyler Pro, that he distributed throughout the school. It currently hosts a variety of different 'Sub-Websites' (Tyler's Term) such as Christians Coasters, Kendalls Komix, Kyles Korner, and others. As of December 2005, It has had over 2,000 visitors, mainly from the surrounding area in which he lives. Tyler makes no money from this website. He has said in his Guestbook that he is contemplating ads. In November 2005, it launched The Tyler Teen News, aimed at an older audience. Its main topic is Celebrity gossip and news, to appeal to the average teenager. Although there are still regular Tyler News Newspapers being made, they are no longer the main attraction. The Games page is compiled of several games from around the internet. The games page was added just weeks after the site was created. It has had nearly 700 visitors since its creation. The only reason it was put on was to attract more visitors, as obviously said by Tyler. It has nearly 50 games, some of which don't work because they are links to other now non-working websites.
In October, 2005, The Tyler Media page was launched. Its main feature was The Numa Man Movie. The Tyler Media
page also features 'Fake Prank Calls', although it is speculated that they are actually real. After the media page was launched, it slowly phased out 'The Tyler Theater', which had 'Real Cartoon Newscasts', where Tyler would provide the voice for a poorly animated cartoon. However, a link to it can be found on the media page toward the bottom. Also in October, the George Laquanza site was launched. It was about a boy named George Laquanza who lived in MaryAnne, Wisconson. Tyler and George were friends until he moved with his family. Now they are pen-pals. In the series of letters, unfortunate things happen to George. His family his dead, his house burned down, he's being watched. But then, people began to wonder if he was actually real, and they began storming the guestbooks with complaints. So, in the 40th issue, Tyler told them that he was fictional, and that it was based on A Series of Unfortunate Events.
Stan and the Strangest Family in the World cartoon was developed by The Tyler News Inc. It is hosted on it's own website, but can be found on a link in the 'New Stuff from the Site' area. The seperate site includes several, again, badly animated cartoons. Also, the voice over is all done by Tyler, even the girls. The Characters include: Stan, Jessica, Frizz, Mom and Dad. The last name is unknown. They live in a town called Luberville
[edit] Tyler Pro
Tyler Pro, the creator, lives in a small town in Kansas (as said in his site) and works on it after school. He was born probably around the Late Eightys or Very Early Ninetys. Some speculate that he is actually older than he claims on his website. In his guestbook, around the summer of 2005, he talked about going to a camp in Nebraska, where he made a movie and another site. He also mentioned a Spanish class. When the site was first launched, he used his real name, which was czech, and a lot longer. Now he uses a shortened version of it.
[edit] Is Best Known For
- The Tyler News Website is probably most known for its extensive forum on BTK. Although, some of the information has proven to be false. In Tylers writing, you notice that his opinion often shows. Also, he says that because of time, he makes the Papers fast, and so you can find many spelling and grammar errors.
- Even though he did not have anything to do with making it, one of the most popular sections of the site is the Numa Numa Man Flash Movie on the media page.
- Another popular area is the game section, which has a limited amount of actual original games. Most of the games are from Miniclip.com, Novel Games, or Sorbose.com. The original games that it does have are not popular, probably because they are made just with HTML.
- A mildly popular section is the Former Papers section, which now has 40 issues, starting out with a paper made during his stay at a Summer Program.
[edit] Short-lived Sections
The Website has had many short-lived sections. They were updated very few times, and then never again. However, all of them are still on the website. Some were mentioned in his papers, but were never even developed. These Include:
- BigFoot Section
- Tylers Comic Book Section (Not Kendalls Komix)
- TV Section
- Odd Magazine
- And others
Note: The BigFoot Section was never even developed.
[edit] Trivia
- At one point, because of an article Tyler wrote about a fellow classmate,(which was the majority of his articles then) being sent to the office for detention, his newspaper was banned from school. Tyler was mad about it, and expressed his feelings through the paper. But then, he stopped making it until that summer. He redesigned it and wrote about witnessing a girl almost drowning at his local swimming pool.
- Several of his newspapers and pictures are hosted on sites such as, myfilehut.com, blogupload.com, and others.
- All of the 'Sub-Websites' are done by Tylers friends from school.
- The Tyler News was probably inspired by his first newspaper, 'The 10th Street News', which he also created, but did only did a small part. His teacher at the time organised it, and Tyler and his classmates wrote it. Tyler also printed the comics from his personal printer.
