John Tye Hill (born June 3, 1982 in St. George, South Carolina) is an American football cornerback, acquired in the 2006 NFL Draft by the St. Louis Rams. Tye graduated from Woodland High School and Clemson University. He was drafted 15th overall by the St. Louis rams. While at the 2006 NFL Combine he also posted the fastest 40 yard dash to be electronically timed - 4.31 seconds [1].
