Twyford School is definitely not the oldest prep school in England - even St Albans school is older! Ghfj007 16:10, 3 February 2007 (UTC)

Whether or not it is the oldest, it claims to be - [1] hence the wording of the article. The only prep schools I can find information on in St Albans are St Columba's (est 1955) and Beechwood, others in the area now being fully independent schools. Even St. Alban's school is now fully independent and educates pupils up the age of 18, far outside the prep school range of age 8-13. - Foxhill 16:36, 3 February 2007 (UTC)
