TWiT.tv (network)
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
TWiT.tv is a podcast (though TWiT uses the term netcast) network run by technology broadcaster and author Leo Laporte. At it's height the network hosted sixteen podcasts covering various aspects of computing and technology, including the internet, computer security, Microsoft, Apple and the Macintosh, biotechnology and current technology news. It now hosts only 11 [1]. Due contract terms Mr. Laporte agreed to in order have his radio show syndicated, he was forced to drop any podcast in which he was not a regular host on thus forcing 5 podcasts to relocate elsewhere.
The network originally started with one netcast, entitled this WEEK in TECH.
