Twenty-Twenty Surgery is a single from alternative and pop-punk outfit Taking Back Sunday which is taken from their third album Louder Now. It is the second single to be taken from the above, alongside MakeDamnSure, and Liar (It Takes One To Know One). The music video has only been released in the UK and Australia and not in the US yet.

The music video feautures the band playing in a prison to loads of inmates, taking ideas from Johnny Cash's infamous At Folsom Prison. Adam Lazzara is dressed to resemble him and uses an acoustic guitar in this music video.
