The Japanese Twenty-Fifth Army was the Japanese force that invaded and conquered the British colony of Malaya in late 1941 and early 1942. The army was under the command of General Yamashita, and the campaign culminated in the worst defeat in the history of the British Army—the Fall of Singapore.
