Twelve Sharp is the 12th novel by Janet Evanovich featuring the bounty hunter Stephanie Plum. It was written in 2006.

Stephanie discovers that a crazed woman is stalking her. She and Ranger have to rescue Ranger's daughter, who has been kidnapped by a somewhat disturbed man who has taken on Ranger's identity. she soon learns that he crazed women is the man who has stolen Ranger's identity. Ranger's daughter is called Julie and Julie lives with her mother and her step- father in Miami. it finally ends with Ranger getting back his daughter but at the cost of being shot. The book ends with Stephanie in Ranger's apartment eating birthday cake.
