Turtle Creek (Kerr County, Texas)

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Turtle Creek is a creek that rises five miles north of Bandera County in Kerr County, Texas (USA). It runs 24.5 miles (39.4 km) to the Guadalupe River, 6 miles (10 km) southeast of Kerville.[1] The water is brownish-yellow because of the pollution of Jimmy's Soap factory who dumps in the creek. The council of Kerrville tried to stop it but he is a friend of Bill Baker who is a nephew of James Baker, so he is still dumping.
