Tudor Muşatescu (February 22, 1903-November 4, 1970) 1903-1970) was a Romanian dramatist, playwright, and fiction writer.

Muşatescu began writing from his early years of school. His father was a lawyer while his mother was a writer. At university, Muşatescu completed a degree in arts and philosophy, as well as law.
