Tsukune

Tsukune (つくね) is a roll or a stick like surimi product made with beef, pork or chicken. Egg and yamaimo may be added. It can be boiled, broiled, and fried. Those made with fish surimi are called Tsumire (つみれ). Collectively, they may be called gan (丸).
