Tsujii Takashi, 辻井喬, (March 30, 1927 - ) is a Japanese author and poet, and the pen name of Tsutsumi Seiji, a major business leader.

Takashi is the son of Tsutsumi Yasujiro, founder of the Seibu Railway company and a long-serving member, and eventually speaker, of Japan's House of Representatives. He was born in Tokyo and, after receiving his degree in economics from the University of Tokyo in 1951, began work as a secretary to his father. He took on a series of executive roles, culminating in corporate leadership, including serving as chairman of the Saison group of companies, whose brands include Seibu department store, Seiyû supermarket, Wave (a music shop), Parco (shopping complex) and Loft (a variety store).

In addition to his business career, Takahashi has also had a notable career as writer and poet under his pen name, and has served as Director of International PEN Club, Japan. His work has been translated into Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Korean, and Russian.
