Tsing Yi Trade Association Primary School (青衣商會小學) is a primary school in the third phase of Cheung Hong Estate on the Tsing Yi Island. It is the first school founded by Tsing Yi Trade Association in 1984. Located above a slope near Ching Hong Road, the school building was inargumented by the Directory of Education Department (梁文建) in 13th May 1985 and is adjacent to a secondary school Po Leung Kuk 1983 Board of Directors' College.

The school was divided into morning school and afternoon school when the island was undergoing large scale development. As the school turned into a whole-day school in September 2002.
