The Tshogdu (National Assembly) is the unicameral legislature of Bhutan. The national assembly has strength of 154, and is composed of locally elected town representatives (105), religious representatives (12), and members nominated by the king (37), all of whom serve a three-year term. At present, there are 4 female and 150 male members.

Dasho Ugen Dorje is the current President of the Tshogdu, with Nima Tshering the Secretary-General.
