Tsai is a video game character from the game Suikoden II.

He is one of the first recruitable characters in the game. When the truth about the Highland army is announced, Viktor orders Riou and Jowy Atreides to find a man named Tsai, one of the only human minds capable of forging and fixing the legendary Fire Spears. Tsai is the father of Tomo, and wields spears.
