Hi,

I personally agree with all your points and I am a critic of IR. But the matter is it has to be put from neutral point of view. Just saying that the "Quality of food and cleanliness has come down" will not be the right way. May be personal experiences may validate this claim, but will not be accepted. If we need to make that point, we should be able to quote from published survey or study. Regarding, airlines wooing the passengers, I did not raise any objection. It is a validated fact. Your points on "Indian railway is a monopoly and the customer satisfaction and service is not a priority etc..." : well, there is a better way of putting it. This phrase looks like an accusation.
