Trump Plaza (New Rochelle)

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Trump Plaza (New Rochelle) is a 39-story luxury residence and hotel with retail space that is currently under construction. It includes a health club and lounge. Trump Plaza is part of a redevelopment project for New Rochelle, New York (see also: New Roc City). It is being built by the same developers (Donald Trump and Louis R. Cappelli) who built Trump Tower at City Center (completed in 2005) in nearby White Plains. Trump Plaza is Westchester County's tallest building and is the tallest building between New York City and Albany (although both titles will soon be taken over by the 40-story Renaissance Square towers in White Plains).
