TRUFRESH Corporation is well known in the wholesale seafood, restaurant and hospitality industry for its remarkable ability to produce frozen seafood and other proteins that have all of the qualities of a fresh product.
TRUFRESH owns the rights to the U.S. patent for their freezing process which allows its products to look and taste fresh after they are thawed out from a frozen state by the use of their liquid brine immersion freezing process.
