Troy McHenry Walters (born December 15, 1976 in Bloomington, Indiana) is an American football wide receiver and punt returner for the Arizona Cardinals. He was originally selected in the fifth round of the 2000 NFL Draft out of Stanford University by the Minnesota Vikings. He has also played for the Indianapolis Colts. Walters won the Fred Biletnikoff Award as a senior at Stanford as college football's best wide receiver.
Walters played high school football at A&M Consolidated High School in College Station, Texas.
