I may work on this later, but let me note that this page requires cleanup because of spelling mistakes and the poor grammar employed, and it appears quite POV in some sections (eg, "It would be wiser to plant the indiginous crops and extend the market of these in the west." It says as an example of a tropical plant crop "morus alba." This is the mulberry tree, which is a temperate tree. I think it is wrong to put it under tropical agriculture. What do you think? Saritamackita 21:46, 26 January 2007 (UTC)
