Tristram (Diablo)

Tristram is a fictional town in the video game Diablo.

The town of Tristram existed in the original Diablo (computer game) as a place for players to buy and sell items they needed, as well as learn more about the storyline through quests and gossip. In Diablo II, the player visits Tristram shortly after Diablo's forces had decimated most of the small town. The player finds Griswold, the former blacksmith of Tristram, as a zombified mini-boss lurking around in the remains of the town. The player's objective in Tristram is to rescue Decard Cain, the old town elder, from the ruined town in effort to recruit him to your hero's cause.
