Trilj is a town in inland Dalmatia, Croatia. It is located southeast of Sinj and northeast of Split. The total population of the municipality is 10,799, with 2,381 in Trilj itself and the rest in small villages, the most notable of which is Košute with 1,752 residents (census 2001).
